As to movies, I don’t make movies. I make antimovies, meaning not that it is antimovies in the context of movies, but I make video, space video, that doesn’t concern the movie structure.

You see this work: the first is common, I paint the same colours which I see, but in fact  if I  could lend  your eyes, I would see in such way, and on the contrary if you could have my eyes, you would in my way, in wrong way. And here, the second thing represents just this situation – how I would see with your eyes and you – with my eyes. however, as a result it is the way of our communication that I could imagine how you see – the majority of   people and at the same time the majority could see the  things  as I see them.

It was an old workshop of broken Tv-s. I had a job there. a year ago and sometimes I had a free time.

These old TVs were in such a poor condition that I got an idea to paint  football. But it was paradoxical that  I painted a shot from a film first and made this work afterwards.

The name of this work is Sweet Life. Of course it could be decided in different ways, but I've chosen 12 kitchen knives, which were taken from their  context - kitchen context - and put  into space and art context and photos, where there is a woman's body, traditionally must be fine and beautiful, tender. and which will be black-and-white and clothe tags.

I usually come up to this roof, when the weather is fine. Anyway, there is a nice view of the city. When the sun is shining or when I rest while the sunset. The girls are tanning here... It depends...Usually I take my rest here.

Then I will tell you, how the idea of the exhibition was born. My friend and me were making project, that was to be fulfilled in  a shaft with glass walls and moving elevator inside   on the Republic Square. The project was financed by “Agordzineba” union –  Aslan Abashidze. Posters with his portraits would be hung  all  over  the territory of exhibition. And the idea was born – that in this situation, overloaded by posters, inside the shaft would be placed my large advertisement shield... much bigger than their portraits. Well, that’s how it was.
