Forest regime form – a democratic republic Forest citizenship is conferred by birth The constitution reflects life, reality, live social events. It settles and regulates limits of social actions, activities. If the word “Constitution” is substituted by the word “Art” – we will see that both forms determining social life and content coexist on the same meridian. The fact that the process, when the essential law of a country – constitution defines limits of social activities, and the actual Art is a receiver of the process/activities, is also important The author has built the constitution in articles acceptable for her and offered the main principles of arrangement “Forest City” in thesis, in the form of textual photo history. Symbolic city, symbolic space – improvised on the background of juridical legislation, group portraits in constitutional interior… massages rich with the author’s historicism… Mini model of Ira Kurmaeva’s biography, with its inner rights and passions, desire to return to images left beyond perception and forms straggling with ideas… The little plasticine men craving for life, fixed with “combshot” techniques against the background of archival photos, try to stage rights and lack of rights. They have the right of labour. They have the right of speed. They have the right to travel in real countries. They have the right to express their opinions freely. They have the right of rebellion. They have the right to return home and knitted in the endless chain travel in historic past to obtain the right to return home. They have the right to enjoy enthralling sights, where atomic explosion is legalized as the right to enjoy enthralling sights. They have no right to stay in an environment at higher than room temperature, as plasticine is flexible and melting. Staying at high temperature is strictly prohibited for them. The idea remains on the artist’s myth level. The declared idea requests a program that is illustrated by photo thesis. Photo framing is unified by ideological chain and their coexistence is the result of only computer fiction. The constitutional statements built according to legislative dramatic art, declared by main human rights and freedoms, are divided into conceptual-ideological voltage zones by the author. Based on privet historism, she offers her own mythology that unifies different stages of her inner freedom. Against a background of photo computer esthetics, legislative articles selected to the author’s taste and turned in norms in the stream of our consciousness are crowned with interconceptual strategy. And this is one more successful attempt to break clichés in social space. P.S.
