Josef Boys says – “The Art is a social sculpture”. Significant art discussion checkpoint of 60th has been outlined with these words. The artist appeared to be socially active-activated in a more concrete form and his activity – free, oriented on establishment of conscious person.

The civil society creates activity, an area, which from its part constrains the state to be efficient; the civil society settles more deep opposition between individuals and the state that was the concern of intellectual mankind since Plato. Therefore artistic state of consciousness formed in 50-60th is deeply socialize-politicized in the form of “Flexus” in Europe.

The main problem of social activity is basically establishment of civil ethics; the society will not exist if unity of conscious persons does not exist. As Brandais said: “The highest position of the state is a position of a citizen”. This means that a citizen’s consciousness is based on the main principles of the society ethics. From its part ethical activity “is small-scale sacrifice-compromise”, where relations between people are determined by concerted relations. Civil ethics will not be established if more emotional-sensible area of civil activity does not exist; this is called “civil taste”. Civil society will not exist if social ethics does not exist and social demand for social taste will not exist as well.

Artistic activity of 60th in XX century is revealed in politicization-socialization of artists. One new nuance – a politician – appeared in the first days of XXI century. This is artistization of special form of politicians themselves – i.e. politics itself became artistic action. The artist threw the social-political impulses in politics during 60th, today in XXI century a politician acts as an artist-actioner. This phenomenon is from its part a result of transparency-performantility of a politician and politics.

Civil society does not bear isolation, sectarian lobbying, secrecy; it requires necessity of openness, evidence, signaling with signs comprehensible visually and semantically.

The artists working in actual-multimedia sphere during years try to keep balance between ethics and aesthetics, but it is evident: on the one hand, indifference, and on the other hand, obvious depressed nihilism. The present make evident that binarity-polarity should be overcome accentuating on ethics, i.e. artistic space should be covered by inner aspiration for ethics.
